Septic System Information:
If your home was built in one of the subdivisions with septic system, please note there is a (2) year service warranty with our current vendor Lazer Perfect. Homes built and closed before 2016 the vendor was Royal Flush. If you feel there is something malfunctioning with your system, please call the vendor listed on your warranty sticker. It is homeowner responsibility to install Chlorine tablets in your system every 2-3 months.
